  As a business customer we visit Albany Creek Post Office every day.
  
  It is always a pleasure to walk into the Post Office and be greeted by name and to be asked how my day is.
  
  Anna and all the staff in the post office, including Dianne, are friendly, helpful and always give you the time you need regardless of how busy they are.
  
  Being a Post Office, unfortunately they are the public face of Australia Post and their policies, and do cop unhappy customers from time to time.
