Montezuma's Mexican Restaurant

Montezumas Albany creek is least to say a disappointment. The rice was burnt & stuck to the plate (some bits of rice weren't even cooked), the so called enchilada which was more like a slob of beans that tasted cheap and dull with melted cheese over the top was awful along with the tomato/bean dip which I did not eat at all. Honestly this meal was a huge disappointment after being a loyal and happy customer at the Chermside montezumas. When we asked to speak to the manager the young boy said we would be getting half price off the meals. When we reached the counter to pay the lady said we were only getting $5 off because the meal was "polished" off the plate. This is what I left the meal like, which certainly does not classify as polished off. The young lady who was working at the counter was nice and it wasn't her fault, but the manager was more of a coward not to come and speak to us. The food was cheap, sloppy and tasteless. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will furthermore explain my disappointment to anyone who considers coming here.

Was having a bad day until my partner and I decided to have dinner here, the manager/ bar tender Ben really looked after us. Really enjoyed the food and the drinks were 11 out of 10. Thanks for reviving the day.
